Headed by Ivan and Isabella Juric, the Better Building Services team is made up of highly qualified, hand selected designers and craftspeople who understand the company's philosophy of customer service and its unwavering commitment to building unique quality homes.

We only choose and work with the best. We will match your project with our team of award-winning architects, interior designers, bathroom designers, kitchen designers, landscape architects. All of whom will work closely with you on the finer details of realising your dream home.

Steven Boyd – Design and Contract Co-ordinator

Steve is the first point of contact for clients. Steve works closely with clients and takes them through the entire design and approval process providing detailed costings along the way. Steve is there to take the hassle out of the design process. Once contracts are signed and the project fully specified and ready to begin, Ivan will look after you.

Ivan Juric – Managing Director

Better Building Services was started in 1994 by Ivan. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics and works full time in the business.

Ivan makes your home happen. As a talented, mild mannered multi-tasker, Ivan is responsible for simultaneously managing all our contracts and budgets, ordering materials and supplies and liasing with clients. He will ensure your home meets our high standards and is on time and on budget.

Site Supervisiors

Each of our site supervisors have had extensive experience in the building industry. They are responsible for the day to day management of our projects, are our resident trouble shooters and enjoy the challenge of removing obstacles for our clients.

Isabella Juric – Company Accountant

A background as a taxation accountant and auditor before joining Ivan in the business in 1997. Isabella is now responsible for all financial matters relating to the company, Isabella's attention to detail looks after the lifeblood of the business.

Rhonda Jamieson – Office Manager

As assistant to both Ivan and Isabella, Rhonda keeps her finger on the pulse of what is happening in all corners of the business.
