This building has been designed and built to look like a single storey heritage cottage from the street, but behind the street façade the building houses a highly crafted technically difficult 3 storey high tech building.  The complex design had to overcome many planning and construction obstacles including heritage and significant tree restrictions, but the end result is a tribute to careful diligent construction.

The new house that was created has a split personality; from the street it has a very reserved personality with the appearance of a single storey heritage house, whilst from the rear it is virtually a three storey building with a very innovative, modern, high-tech character.
